Which gift cards do you accept?
We accept Asda Gift Cards, John Lewis Gift Cards, Tesco Gift Cards, and H&M Gift Cards. All cards require a 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN at checkout.
How do I pay with my gift card?
At checkout, select your gift card brand, then enter your 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN. The amount is deducted from your card balance.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Please check your balance via the relevant brand's official website or in-store. IZixStore.com cannot access gift card balances.
Can I use more than one gift card?
Currently we accept one gift card per transaction. Multiple cards from different brands cannot be combined.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £55. Next-day available at additional cost. Mainland UK only.
What is your returns policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original unused condition. Contact us at support@izixstore.com to initiate a return.
